Do I have to design the student UI?

No. You define views and presentation rules. The engine handles rendering.

Can students modify my classroom?

No. Classrooms are immutable from the student side.

Can I reuse the same cards in multiple classrooms?

Yes. Dyglot allows multiple classrooms to reference the same card sets with different views and pedagogical goals.
